Artwork

i accept payments up front or when a rough draft has been completed. If you are unable to pay at any of these times without notice, your commission will be cancelled and void.

do not contact me for commissions you can not or do not plan to pay for. i will not do art for free unless i have offered myself.

all commissions are final past payment and refunds are not available if i have completed your commission. if you believe you have special circumstance for a refund, you may contact me.

do not steal or use my work commercially without stated permission from me. this includes work of your own characters or designs. work created by me with the purpose of commercial use must be discussed with me before payment, otherwise i will take legal action.

will do nsfw, considering it is not illegal content or things i do not agree with.

do not use my work for things i do not agree with. if you are curious on what this entails, pm me for elaboration.

Designs

i have the right to take back designs i have created and sold for any reason i see fit.

my designs are not to be sold for any form of real world currency, as i do not permit resales in any form. this includes the worth of any commissions or work you had for said character.

do not use my designs commercially without stated permission from me. i have the right to back out of commercial use if i see it is fit.

nsfw of my designs is allowed as long as it does not depict forms of csa or any sexual interactions with minors.

do not use my designs for things that i do not agree with. if you're curious on what this entails, you may pm me for elaboration.

you may change designs i have created as you see fit. (does not apply to CS designs, see specific CS T.O.S for information regarding redesigns.)
